Long Memorial Day Weekend

This past Memorial Day weekend, was a lovely 4 day long weekend which was filled with doing lots of home projects, running errands, fun food, trips to the park, a dip in the pool, and a storytime at our favorite bakery (Sally's Sweet Shoppe) where we decorated cookies after a story.

 

First Day At The Beach

On the first hot summer day of the season, we took advantage of it with a walk to the beach, played at the playground, played in the sand, got hissed at by geese, and shared a gelato. I love these days!

Here are some pics and video from Lorelei one year ago. We were practicing baby yoga and trying turkey sausage for the first time.

 

What A Saturday!

We had quite the fun-filled Saturday which included a trip to the farmer's market, a carnival, a little bit of shopping, three parks, dinner at George Webb's (kids eat free from 4pm-8pm), and Lorelei's first hot fudge sundae! Lorelei wore her 'Heidi Klum' coat and was quite the attention getter!

Hmmmm.....maybe we should pay attention to this sign next time.
