Little Amerrika

Today we took advantage of going to Little Amerrika...which is just like Great America except cheaper admission, cheaper food & snacks, less crowded, closer to home...hmmm...maybe it's not just like Great America after all. :)

We purchased wristbands last November when they were doing a Black Friday sale. These bands got all of us onto 16 rides that Lorelei was tall enough to ride. We did the airplanes, a bouncy house, a train, the tilt-a-whirl (which Mama's tummy learned she can no longer handle at age 36), and even the haunted house!!! (the only one Lorelei didn't finish). :)

Milwaukee Day

Although it was a bit rainy all day, we did a Milwaukee Day this past Saturday which included the Milwaukee Public Museum, visiting the Bronze Fonz, lunch at the Red Rock Saloon, dessert at Classy Girl Cupcakes, and Petfest at the Summerfest grounds where we of course got our face painted.

 

 

 

 

DENTIST !!

Lorelei went to the dentist about 6 months ago and all she let us do was sit her in the chair. This past visit was completely different. She sat in the chair, let the dentist check her teeth, the dental hygienist gave her a FULL teeth cleaning, and even a floss. Afterwards, she was allowed to pick two prizes from the treasure chest. And, Mommy's favorite part was NO CAVITIES !!!

 

 

Happy 3rd Birthday!

Lorelei turned 3 years old last week. We celebrated by having all of Lorelei's cousins and friends to the Children's Play Gallery for a day of playing, snacks, and cake push-ups. But, first, we had a day of beauty at Snips & Giggles where Lorelei had her first shampoo in a hair salon.

 



 

 

We then played at the gallery from 10am to 3pm. We danced, did crafts, played dollies, played pirates, went down the slide, played kitchen, and so much more! Everybody had a great time.

 

 

And, then home to open more presents. :)
