We had an amazingly, yummy dinner at Grandma-ma's and Papa's where they were very generous and purchased a "Frozen" car for Lorelei as an early birthday present.
Here is a blog of us and our upcoming 'Little Hardt'. We will do our best to keep you filled in on all of the experiences--good and bad--and keep you in the loop of all the fun we're having.

We're Officially Parents !!!
To thank Lorelei for being such a good traveler to Minnesota we officially became parents and did the obligatory trip to Chuck E. Cheese. We were smart and went when school was in session and on a weekday. We had an amazingly good time playing the games and rides and the pizza was really good!!!
Minnesota Road Trip !!!
Last weekend we took a long road trip to Minnesota to visit Great-Grandma Barker and play at the Mall of America. It was just fantastic. With the help of a portable DVD player for the car, lots of snacks available to us, and only two pit stops, we were up there in no time. Lorelei was such a good traveler.
We had a great visit with Great-Grandma Barker where Lorelei showed off her paci and puppy and we had a fashion show for Grandma and some of her friends.
We then made our way to the hotel. We had chosen a Best Western as it seemed to have a nice pool, but, we had no idea it was a mini-waterpark!
The next entire day was spent at the Mall of America where we shopped, played with a Harlem Globetrotter, touched sting rays, saw the Easter Bunny, ate sushi, and much more!
Our last day was spent at the pool one last time and then a trip to Ikea. They have a 'Kids Corner' available in which we left Lorelei to play in a large clog and a ball pit. Mama had the most fun eating Swedish meatballs.
Prior to the trip, Daddy Aaron gave Mama Jamie some nice spending money to buy things she never would buy for herself. She got a new workout shirt, a flipbelt (which is like an exercise fanny pack), a pair of red high heels, and a sushi dinner.
It was a fantastic trip!
