We then went to the Hartland Hometown Celebration Parade. This 60+ minute parade was just FANTASTIC !!! They had so many floats, dancers, marching bands, music, mascots, and it seemed that everybody was tossing out candy to the crowds. I think we got more candy today than at Halloween !!
Here is a blog of us and our upcoming 'Little Hardt'. We will do our best to keep you filled in on all of the experiences--good and bad--and keep you in the loop of all the fun we're having.

Finding Dory
We did it!!! We FINALLY sat thru an ENTIRE movie at the theatre!! Plus, we didn't even have to break out the snacks until about 70 minutes in. She was attentive, laughed, and of course, Mama cried.

Intro to 4K
This past week Lorelei started a 6 week session for Intro to 4K. It is held at the school right next to the YMCA and Lorelei goes Tues, Wed, Thurs from 10-12pm. It is quite a scene as every school in the district goes to Summit School for summer school. It is so busy with cars that it is actually easier for us to park at the YMCA and walk over and then back to our car!
Lorelei was very ready to go. In fact, she got quite a bit upset when we were all ready, but, it wasn't time to go to school yet. :)

Libertyville--Father's Day Weekend
On Father's Day we drove down to the Kenosha and Libertyville area for a trip to the Jelly Belly Factory, Lamb's Farm, Oak Grove Elementary, and the Libertyville Days Festival. It was a hot, great day.

Strawberry Pickin'
Maybe because we went on a cooler day, but, Lorelei was a great helper and we picked strawberries for about an hour! We left with 12 pounds!
