Hartland Kids Fest

We had a great time at Hartland Kids Fest where Lorelei got to make lots of crafts, break a board in a Tae Kwan Do class, got her face painted, and met Mr. Pig and Anna from "Frozen" !!!

 

 

Last Day Of Summer School !!!

Last week was Lorelei's last day of Summer School. She had been going 2 hours a day for 3 days a week. Her teacher (Mrs. G) says she is definitely ready for school. To celebrate, a new Princess Aurora doll was waiting for Lorelei in her car seat, then we went on a very nice picnic and nature hike, and then to Touch of Glaze to paint some pottery.

 

 

 

 

Summer Fun !!!

Everything has been going great this summer here. Dory the Guppy is still alive, we're doing a lot of swimming in our pool and Summer School is officially over, so, now summer can really begin.

 

 

 

 

Trying Again...

After an epic failed attempt, we are trying again with a guppy. Mama Jamie took Lorelei to Petco to get some 'professional' help and Lorelei picked out a very pretty, orange guppy and named her Dory.

We are 24 hours in and still alive.

Meet Our New Family Members !!!

After a family hike at Nashotah Trail, we went to Lion Days in Sussex. It was great with free pony and camel rides and hardly any lines for them.

Lorelei really wanted to play the game in which you could win a fish. For $1.00, you got 5 balls to throw in the bowl. However, in my opinion, in an attempt to get rid of all the fish they had left, we got a bucket of balls (35 in total). And, so, of course, we got one! :)

Daddy is technically the winner. He is obviously so happy.

 

They were nice enough to watch the fish while we played more at the festival. When we picked the first up, they gave us two!

Lorelei's First Date ??

Lorelei and her 'boyfriend' Gabriel had their first date this weekend at Skyzone. It was a "Finding Dory" theme with facepaint, slushies, and lots of jumping.
