Merry Christmas !!

We had a great Christmas day at home. We opened presents, had a great breakfast, played, watched tv, had a dance party, had a snowball fight, made snowmen, ate Chinese, and watched "Elf." Couldn't be more perfect.

Phoenix !!!

We finally did it and took the plunge for our first trip on an airplane! We came across a great deal for non-stop flights to Phoenix and we got to stay with Cousin Kimmie and Uncle Bill.

We didn't tell Lorelei we were going until two days before and she was ready!!

Running to the plane!

Enjoying a drink and our in-flight entertainment.

And, we got to visit the cockpit!

After exploring the grounds and picking fresh oranges, we stopped to get flowers to visit Aaron's Aunt Sharon. After a nice visit, lunch, and even some piano, we started our adventures. First stop was the Phoenix Zoo.

Our visit to the Phoenix Zoo consisted of, of course, visiting animals, but, also a camel ride, a carousel ride, a train ride, an awesome sting ray exhibit, and even a 4D movie of "Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer."

We ended our first day in Phoenix visiting the Rawhide ranch, having a great dinner there, and even seeing Santa and 'snow'.

Our second and last full day in Phoenix consisted of visiting the Phoenix Sonara Desert Museum.

It was a great first airplane trip and vacation. Although, she didn't fall asleep on the flight there, she sure did on the flight home.
