Here is a blog of us and our upcoming 'Little Hardt'. We will do our best to keep you filled in on all of the experiences--good and bad--and keep you in the loop of all the fun we're having.
Tonight, Daddy Aaron took Lorelei to her first Bucks game. It turned out to be probably the best first Bucks game a little girl could have asked for. Yesterday, Aaron had the brilliant idea to email the Bucks dance team, tell them it was going to be Lorelei's first game, and hopefully they could do something special. We had no idea what an awesome night it would become.
On Friday, Lorelei had her first snow day from school. Since, you never know when the next one will be, we definitely took advantage of it and had the most magical day at home. We had a music concert, painted the snow, did snow science experiments, made snow ice cream (so yummy!), played in the snow (twice), ordered pizza, watched a movie, read books, played board games, played legoes, practiced ballerina, had hot chocolate and cookies, and even more!
This Wednesday was the 100th day of school for the year. Lorelei's class celebrated by doing several things using the number 100 and by dressing up old. :)
This week Lorelei's class got to go on a field trip and Mama got to be a chaperone. We first went to Culver's, got to see how the restaurant works, and yes, had custard at 9am. We then went to Pick N Save and got to see how grocery stores work. It was very interesting!! And, we had samples there too!
Then later that night, we went to the Chili's restaurant by Miller Park as they were having a Milwaukee Bucks Basketball party. We had dinner, saw some cheerleaders, hung out with Bango, and even won a raffle prize!!
