Happy Father's Day
For Father's Day today, Daddy Aaron took Lorelei to Great America all day. The roller coasters and rides were so available, they did SO many rides. The waterpark side was very busy, but, they were able to swim, ride the waves, and so much more. Mama Jamie got to stay home to trim the hedges and re-paint the garage floor. :)

St. Louis !!!
We went on our first summer vacation the day after school was over. We had a 6 hour drive to St. Louis and did great with only two stops!! We hit the hotel pool right away, had fun jumping on the beds, and prepped for the next 3 days of sightseeing. We hit up Grant's Farm, the St. Louis Arch, City Museum, the Magic House, and Pink Elephant Antiques.
The City Museum was one of the most amazing places we've ever visited. They had SO much to do, so much climbing, so much playing, and so many slides!
Our day at Grant's Farm was spent dodging rain and thunderstorms. We were actually thankful for that, otherwise, it would have been miserable at 95 degrees.
The Magic House was a blend of our Discovery World and the Betty Brinn Children's Museum. Again, a fantastic day of so many fun activities.
Our last stop was at Pink Elephant Antiques where Lorelei bought a My Little Pony. It was very hot today, so, we drank a lot of water which results in 4 stops on the way home.
Lorelei fell asleep 20 minutes before we arrived home.

Last Day Of School !!!
Have I really not posted about the last day of school ???!!! Well, we have been so busy doing that and taking an awesome trip to St. Louis. I'll post about that as soon as possible. But, first, the last day of school!
Summer sun = squint!!
Kids got to watch a kickball game between the teachers and the 4th graders who are moving on to middle school.
Last lunch of the year.
The beloved gym teacher, Mr. Hillgartner is moving to Madison. He will be surely missed.
We spent the afternoon at the beach for a music party. It included friends, facepaint, ice cream, and our favorite, Duke Otherwise.
