Merry Christmas

The last several days of Christmas celebration have been a whirlwind of family, eating, presents, playing, eating, loving, playing, and eating.

COOKIES !!!!!

Lorelei and I had a fantastic day yesterday as we began our annual Christmas cookie and treat making. She was a GREAT helper in the kitchen, asked questions, paid attention, and was the best taste tester. :)

Candy Cane Lane

 I hadn't been to Candy Cane Lane in West Allis since I was probably Lorelei's age. After dinner last Thursday, we drove down and had a very fun time looking at all the lights and unique displays.

Virtual Santa & Christmas Parade

For the past 8 years in a row, we've had the privilege of attending Cookies & Stories with Santa at the Hartland Library. Although, they cancelled that in-person program this year, they still offered it virtually. We enjoyed doing this yesterday. We had Oreo's and milk during it too. :)

Last night we went to the Oconomowoc Christmas Parade. It was a perfect night! Chilly, but, great weather, and lots of fun 'floats'. And, we got to see Santa again too!!

Princess Present Birthday Cake Is Back !!!

 Our favorite Elf on the Shelf has made her yearly appearance. She is such a good elf and hasn't been too mischievous...yet.

Exciting Night Loosing Two Teeth (Kind Of)

Well, this was unexpected tonight!! She had 2 baby teeth that had fused together and we have been calling it her ‘toother’ (as in 2 for 1). It had been a bit wiggly and before we knew it, she was in the bathroom and had twisted it out all on her own!! Two teeth and yes, she’s expecting double prizes from the Tooth Fairy!!!
