Running Strong !!!

 Lorelei started track last week and we found a 1/2 mile run for her to do this past weekend. She did amazing and took 2nd place in her age division.

Fun Last Few Days

Lorelei has had fun the last few days. She was named Prestigious Panther at school, her team won their first volleyball game, and had a fun day swimming with daddy's old swim flippers.

Happy Easter !!!

We had a great Easter weekend. It was filled with seeing the Easter Bunny, an egg hunt at a friend's house, an egg hunt at home, and dinner with both sets of grandparents. Yum !

Nailed It !!!

Daddy Aaron and Lorelei competed in their first at home Nailed It challenge. They had to make 2 'bunny in the dirt' cakes. Mama Jamie was allowed to help them 5 minutes each. I was very impressed with them working outside of the comfort zone. They did fantastic !

Madison Day

During Spring Break last week (and, after Lorelei was feeling better), we spent the day in Madison. We started with our favorite donut shop, then we visited a new place to us called Epic Systems, Brennan's Market, the Henry Vilas Zoo, and ended with a visit to the State Capitol. Lots of fun. Might have been one of the best days ever.

Oral Surgery

Last week, Lorelei had minor oral surgery. She had a frenectomy done on her upper and lower lips. We're hoping this will help with brushing better and will close her teeth gaps before braces come.

A frenectomy is a simple surgical procedure that involves the removal of one or both frena from the mouth. The frenum is a connective tissue membrane that attaches one surface within the mouth to another.
