On Sunday we spent the day in Milwaukee. We visited the Milwaukee Public Museum, the famous Safehouse restaurant, the Bronz Fonz, and a Kite Festival at Veterans Park.

Lake Country Dockhounds
This past Thursday, 3rd and 4th grade got to go on a school field trip to see our new baseball stadium and team, the Lake Country Dockhounds. Although Aaron and I weren't chosen to be chaperones, we still found our way to join in. We got our tickets at the club level with unlimited buffet and drinks. Awesome seats, food, park, and game. It even went into extra innings. We lost. :(
Science Fair
Lorelei and her friend, Keira, participated in the first Science Fair put on thru the Oconomowoc School District. Their project was how LOL Surprise Dolls can change color in cold and warm water.
Aaron was even able to catch up with Jon & Ken Voigt from the Hardt family old soccer days.
9 3/4 Birthday
For any basic Harry Potter fan, you know that the number 9 3/4 is significant as it is the platform that you board the Hogwart's Express. So, we thought for Lorelei's 9 3/4 birthday (May 22nd) we need to go on a train to somewhere. We have never been to the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago as a family, so, we took the Metra train down there and back. It was such easy travel and the museum was awesome !!
