Butterflies !!!

The last several weeks, we have been growing butterflies. They started as caterpillars, then they developed into chrysalis' and then they emerged about a week later. After several days of feeding them sugar water and orange slices, it was time to let them go. This is definitely a project we will do again!

Go Brewers Go !!

We took Lorelei and her bestie, Brooklyn, to a Brewers game. We saw Bernie go down the slide, raced against each other, practiced throwing balls, ran down the ramps, posed for lots of pictures, and a lot more. The Brewers lost.

Happy Mother's Day !

We spent Mother's Day weekend by going to Great America, a  Mother-Daughter Princess Tea Party, and seeing Grandma-ma at her new rehab/nursing home.

Discovery World

Yesterday, we went to Discovery World for the first time in a LONG time. There were many things the same there and a lot more that were new to us. A nice plus too was that everyone got free admission!

Track & Field

Last week, we started a new after-school activity for Lorelei. It is called Track, Field, & Fun and it is held right at the park next to Imagination Station. She had a great time right away. The coaches were very engaging and interactive. Lorelei is the tallest kid there and the fastest girl, by far. :)

Balloon Therapy

This past Sunday we visited mom at the rehab center at the hospital. We happened to be there during her scheduled physical therapy. The therapist quickly included Lorelei in the therapy and had them batting a balloon back and forth together. Grandma-ma is working so hard and we are very proud of her.
