Puppets!
This past Sunday, we took Lorelei to her first theater experience. It was the "Wonderful World Of Puppets" in which we learned about shadow puppets, stick puppets, marionette puppets, and much more. Lorelei was attentive and sat still for the first 15 minutes. Then we had a little walking around, a snack, a bottle, a poopy diaper, and then the show was over. :) All in all, I think she did very well.

Superbowl Party!
During this past Sunday's Superbowl, we had some friends come over with their little ones. Even though it was just two families, the house got full fast! We all had a great time and even Lorelei stayed up till 10:00pm!!

Last Saturday, my best friend Lindsey asked me to watch her adorable twin girls, Ellie & Maisy, for a couple hours. Since Aaron was going to be home too, I felt confident that between the two of us we could handle three toddler girls. We played with every toy in the house, colored pictures, built a fort, had lunch, played on the stairs, and even had music class. It was such a joy!
Flabbergast & Good-byes....
Last week Lorelei and Mama went to Flabbergast in Sussex. It is half bouncy houses and half video games, skee-ball, and those claw/stuffed animal machines. There is also a small, but very nice, room for toddlers. Lorelei seemed to enjoy just walking around and looking at everything. I tried to put her in a very tame bouncy house and immediately she was saying, "Out! Out!" :) Maybe we'll try again later in the year.
Then later that afternoon we went to say good-bye and Happy Retirement to our Nurse Angie from the hospital. Angie was the lactation consultant that we would see when we were still nursing on a weekly basis. She helped us achieve 9 months of breastfeeding and even allowed us to come back after we were done nursing to visit, ask questions, and just get the emotional support we needed. She truly is our angel and will be missed.

Since Lorelei loves her baths so much, we decided one day to really have some fun and make it a BUBBLE bath!! She loved the water, bubbles, splashing, coloring, and even drinking the bubble water.
