Burleigh Hill Sledding

On Sunday, we went to Burleigh Elementary and took advantage of their hill for sledding. We had the most amazing time sledding for over an hour !!!

School Carnival

Last Friday, we attended the St. Joan of Arc school carnival. Although, we don't attend the school, they put on such a great indoor carnival, that we attend every year. Between the 25 cent games, the cakewalk, facepaint, awesome cheeseburgers, and great prizes this is a yearly must do !!!

Community Helper Day

In January, Mama Jamie had a very special honor of coming in to ALL of the 5K classes and speaking to them about what it was like being an exercise instructor. It was very fun to speak to the class, get them to do a few exercises, show them my special 'spin' shoes, and answer any questions. Lorelei seemed extra proud too.

Cambridge House Anniversary

We recently went on our annual trip to the Cambridge House. This was our 15th visit there! The owners, Jeff & Linda, are always so nice to us. We enjoyed the massage chair, their hat collection, the whirlpools, endless chocolate, playing games, watching movies, and falling asleep by 9pm.

Lorelei LOVED the massage chair.

The most awesome breakfast, company, relaxing time. We celebrated the 12 year anniversary of Aaron proposing. It truly is the good life.

Back To Normal

For the past few weeks, we have just been getting back to a routine and back to a regular schedule now since school is back in session. We've had a few fun events like going to Ella's Deli (they're unfortunately closing), a few playdates, playing in the snow, and of course, a few fashion photo shoots. Enjoy some pics!

Christmas Weekend

Our first Christmas celebration was at Grandma-ma's and Papa's house this year. We had a very nice time, yummy food, and lots of laughing. Lorelei got lots of wonderful presents including an etch-a-sketch, a Lite Brite, and a faux fur coat.

Celebration #2 was with Honey, Pop, Uncle Adam, Aunt Nicole, and Cousins Jack and Vivian. This year we spent it at Chuck E. Cheese which was great 'cause then all the kids could run around and be as crazy as they wanted to be!!

And, on Christmas Day, we stayed home. Lorelei woke up extra early (around 4am) and after about 90 minutes she finally fell back asleep and didn't wake up till about 9am (thank goodness). After her regular morning routine of playing dollhouse and a little tv and cuddle time, we didn't even begin opening presents until 11am !!!

After opening presents, we enjoyed our brunch, played with toys, did a couple costume changes, and before we knew it was time for our Chinese dinner. We hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas as well.
