Last YMCA Volleyball Game Ever ???

Last weekend was potentially our last YMCA volleyball game ever. With Lorelei being in club volleyball next spring, we are not sure if the schedule will allow us to play YMCA volleyball in spring. Lorelei has grown so much as a player over the past few years. I remember when we first started and she couldn't get her underhand serves over and we thought, "Well, we'll do this for 6 weeks and we'll be done." Fast forward and she is now doing overhand serves !!

The Jaguars had a fantastic season and finished in 1st place with an impressive 18-1 record.

New Bedroom

After nearly 2 months of waiting for it, Lorelei's new bedroom furniture was FINALLY delivered and it's perfect !!!

Volleyball Continues !!!!!!!

As our YMCA season with the Jaguars comes to an end, we gear up for another season of club volleyball. Last weekend was intense try-outs again. Lorelei was prepared to tryout for 2 teams. Mama Jamie was prepared for 4. LOL !!! Lorelei tried for Midwest Penguins and Revolution (this was her team last year). We were just hoping one would make an offer at some point during the weekend. However, Lorelei received offers from both teams on the 1st day AND to be on their top teams !!! 

After lots of thinking, Lorelei chose the Midwest Penguins (black team). Why ?? "I think I will be more challenged with them." :)

Also, 3 of her teammates from last year's Revolution team will be on as well. ;)

Let's Play Catch Up

Not even sure where to begin, but, a LOT has happened over the past 2 months. We've had family in town, went to Cancun, back to school, oh...and, bought a new house and moved !!

What A July !!!

This summer is flying by !!! July has brought us doing pottery, eating lots of ice cream, meeting wrestlers, birthdays, impromptu photo shoots, shopping, animal safaris, bubbles, the Mall of America, and oh yeah, we bought a new house. :)

Happy 4th of July

We had a great time at the Hartland Parade on Sunday. And, today we went to the Stone Bank Parade for the first time ever. Apparently this is parade meets tailgating. Parties everywhere !! We were lucky to be invited to one of Mama Jamie's YMCA members to hang and party with them.
