Nashville was pretty darn perfect. We made the trek down there in only 9 hours. Traffic was pretty smooth and only did a few stops for gas and lunch. We made such good time that we first stopped at the Mammoth Caves in Kentucky.
Our first day in Nashville started with the Adventure Science Center. We learned a lot about musical instruments, our bodies, our solar system, made a Lego box, and we even simulated walking on the moon.
Then while we were driving around Nashville attempting to find the State Capitol we saw a random guy walking with a WWE merchandise bag. If there was an opportunity to buy a t-shirt and program ahead of time this would be the smart thing to do. We eventually found the WWE Superstore.
VERY unexpectedly we stumbled upon a wrestler (Austin Theory) doing a podcast !!!
After this surprise meeting, we found out there were MORE wrestlers coming later AND TOMORROW !!!
Bianca Belair, the current WWE Raw Women's Champion. (Yes-her hair is real).
While waiting to meet our wrestlers, we did some mandatory tourist stops.
On our 2nd full day, we visited the Parathenon, Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum, and Aquarium Restaurant, and got to meet TWO more wrestlers, The Miz and Finn Baylor.
Day 3 started by visited the famous 'art wings', Dragon Park, and the big goal today was to secure parking for WWE Summerslam.
We made it to the Nissan Stadium. They blocked half of it off for cameras and equipment so it was only 48K people. Still....SO crowded !!!
She was a little into it. ;)
A very successful trip.
